The Rank1 Professional Services team Is responsible for the daily ICT care of a 40 or so SMEs in diverse sectors. This goes beyond classic management: we think along with the customer, build future-oriented solutions and ensure that their IT environment remains secure, stable and performing. The consulting team consists of strong IT professionals who long-term Doing projects at our customers.
As Modern Workplace Engineer Do you collaborate on the conception, design and implementation of the digital workplace and collaboration platforms with our customers. You have a good knowledge of and experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and CoPilot, Viva, both in terms of topology, deployment and maintenance.
In addition, you and your colleagues will manage both the local as well as cloud server infrastructure and are open to new technologies and evolutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Not only new implementations, but also the Troubleshoot and optimize existing environments are among your duties. You consult with the customer, document your actions and apply best practices naturally. You actively look for opportunities to automate or streamline processes within system administration via scripting (e.g. PowerShell).
You don't just solve incidents, but think proactive and advises customers on possible improvements and optimizations of their IT environment. Do you like working in a dynamic team, can you get bogged down in a problem until you find the solution and do you like to laugh and smile? Then read on.
Your profile
- You adapt quickly to new situations, technologies and procedures.
- You think in possibilities, not in problems.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, English and/or French.
- You ideally have a Bachelor of ICT. Are you self-made and have already proven yourself in the job market? Just as welcome!
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, AWS, etc.) are a plus, as are notions of ITSM tools and ITIL.
- We are happy to listen to your experience and education, but your personality and passion always prevail.
